New Solar Hub

After the 2019/2020 Bushfires in Australia 'The Berowra Climate Change Action Group' decided to get together. The founder Kate Friend hopes to introduce Australia's first solar hub. The solar Hub is designed to reduce the carbon footprint in suburbs.

Kate stated "I was really frustrated about the lack of action and hopelessness that we all felt during the bushfires." 'The Berowra Climate Change Action Group' is really committed to make a difference to our world and help Australia realise the effects of climate change.

There are many ways you can help tackle climate change weather your action is big or small it will make a difference.

THINGS YOU CAN DO TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

1. Save Energy - you can do this by switching off your light in the day time or turning off any power ports that your not using.

2. Avoid Plastic - Avoiding plastic when ever you can will make a big difference to our world

3. Picking Up Plastic - if your walking down the street and you see rubbish on the side of the road pick it up and put it in the bin. This will reduce the amount of Rubbish ending up in our seas

There are many more ways you can help save our planet. Do some research, educate people about Climate Change and make a difference, because any and everything you do will make a big difference.
